Celebrating the old in terms of my tea habit and the habit I’m trying to gain, walking at least 10000 steps a day.  Love my wee pedometer and love my old fashioned Arsenal mug.

Podcast was hard, uphill to Woolton in wind. Felt knackered which does not bode well. On the plus side the legs weren’t in major pain and I walked ok post podcast.

So 2015 dawned and a couple of New Years Resolutions kicked in.

  1. CY365, a photo a day for a year.  Tried before and failed.  This year!  This blog is a result of this resolution as a place to house them.
  2. In May it is time for the Keswick to Barrow walk K2B.  I want to be a lot fitter this year having completed the thing last year.  So 10,000 steps a day and C25K will employed (couch to 5k podcasts from the NHS).

Good Morning 2015 was the result of both New Year’s resolutions.  Taken in the Halewood Triangle on the way back from Hunt’s Cross Asda to which I completed the first Week 1 C25K podcast and as part of the the completion of 10,000 steps.  It was taken on the cheap Chinese phone following Boxing Day’s great phone disaster!
