Celebrating the old in terms of my tea habit and the habit I’m trying to gain, walking at least 10000 steps a day.  Love my wee pedometer and love my old fashioned Arsenal mug.

Podcast was hard, uphill to Woolton in wind. Felt knackered which does not bode well. On the plus side the legs weren’t in major pain and I walked ok post podcast.
